your treatment will start with a gentle invitation for you to ground into your body through aromatherapy and gentle compression. I will then move through gentle and intuitive techniques - its not just a massage treatment- its you and i working together to give your body permission to truly rest and recover. Your muscles relax, your nervous system sighs, and you will leave feeling lighter, calmer, safer and more present in the container of your body.
